This program helps individuals with the most significant disabilities find and maintain integrated employment.
There are two models offered:
Wiregrass Resource Group is passionate about helping individuals with disabilities in Georgia build fulfilling and sustainable careers. We understand the unique challenges and opportunities faced by job seekers with disabilities, and we offer tailored support and resources to navigate the employment landscape. Wiregrass Resource Group offers a variety of services to meet the individual needs of each person they work with.

The Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) collaborates with Wiregrass Resource Group, to empower individuals with disabilities in our community and throughout Georgia. GVRA acts as a referral source, connecting clients seeking employment opportunities with Wiregrass Resource Group. Wiregrass Resource Group then steps in to assess the client's skills and qualifications, identify suitable job placements, and even provide job coaching to ensure a smooth transition into the new role. This partnership aims to equip participants with the tools and support needed to achieve independence and success in the workforce.
